EvidenceHub ("the App") is designed to help you manage accident evidence, emergency contacts, insurance information, and medical details. Your privacy is our top priority. This policy explains what data the App accesses, how it is used, and your rights.
100% Local Storage
All data you enter — including emergency contacts, incidents, insurance details, medical information, and app settings — is stored exclusively on your device in the App's private storage directory.
- No data is uploaded to any server
- No data is shared with third parties
- No analytics or tracking is collected
- No account or registration is required
The App requests only the permissions necessary for its features. Each permission is explained below:
EvidenceHub does NOT:
- Collect or transmit any personal data
- Use advertising or analytics SDKs
- Share data with any third parties
- Require an internet connection to function
- Store any data outside your device
The only time data leaves your device is when you choose to:
- Export a backup (via share sheet)
- Email insurance info as a PDF
- Share an incident report
- Send emergency SMS messages
You have full control over your data:
- Access — All your data is visible within the App at any time
- Export — Back up all your data via Settings → Export
- Delete — Uninstalling the App permanently removes all stored data
- Permissions — You can revoke any permission at any time via your device's Settings app
This App is intended for use by individuals who hold a valid driving licence. We do not knowingly collect or store data from children under 16.
