By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the CoreStream software or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you must not use or install the Software.
2. License Grant & Usage
CoreStream grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to install and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial PC gaming and hardware monitoring setup.
- No Reverse Engineering: You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Local Network Environment: The Software operates over your local area network (LAN/Wi-Fi). You are responsible for ensuring the security of your local network environment.
3. Termination & Service Interruption
Right to Terminate: We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the CoreStream Service, Software, or your access to it at any time, for any reason whatsoever, with or without notice.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must immediately discontinue all access to and use of the Software, and delete all copies of the Software in your possession. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service or Software.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and Software are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without express or implied warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or system integration. We do not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be completely error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CoreStream, JbTecWiz, or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, hardware damage, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the Software.
6. User Modifications & Community Layouts
Any custom Stream Deck layouts, macros, or profiles created or shared by users within the CoreStream ecosystem remain the sole responsibility of the user. We assume no liability for custom commands executed on your PC via user-configured macros.
7. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time upon posting the updated agreement on this page. Your continued use of the Software following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
