Using RustDesk, I can securely connect to your computer and help fix issues in real-time. You stay in control the whole time and can see everything I'm doing.
1. Download RustDesk
Grab the free RustDesk client from our downloads page or rustdesk.com. It takes 2 minutes to install.
2. Share Your ID
Open RustDesk and share your ID with me via phone, email, or messenger. Your session is encrypted end-to-end.
3. I Connect & Fix
I'll connect, diagnose the problem, and fix it while you watch. You can stop the session anytime with one click.

Slow Computer
I'll identify what's slowing things down and clean it up startup programs, bloatware, disk issues, whatever's causing the lag.
Virus & Malware
Remove nasty software, pop-ups, and suspicious programs. I'll also set up proper protection to prevent it happening again.

- Time and expertise are invested from the moment the session begins

- Remote sessions are conducted in good faith to resolve your issues
